IUI's approach to information management maintains that the mechanics of information management are simple and straightforward.  The real challenges in successful program implementation are in customizing the standard building blocks for the unique challenges of a given organization. Providing transparency by taking the mystery out of the process is a key operating principle. This principle is key in building our relationship as a trusted partner and in building trust between the client program leadership and constituents. It is towards this end that IUI pledges to publish key materials in the IUI Public Library as part of our ongoing delivery efforts during 2009. We may see this expand in future years to be more user-driven based upon feedback.
