Travel
Though travel may be required, IUI strives to accommodate the work – life balance for our consultants. Many options are available to ensure that our bright minds stay bright. Some options include reduced hour projects, travel rotations and telecommuting, dependent upon project requirements. We realize that we can only retain our edge by keeping our team sharp.

Training
We realize that the people we recruit have a desire to stay on top in the industry. IUI provides various opportunities for our consultants to further education and training on relevant topics.

Education & Experience
BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience desired for all candidates. Refer to additional requirements in specific job descriptions.
